I had such high hopes and a huge stack of books I was eager to read in September, but getting COVID the first week of the month definitely derailed my reading plans. Nevertheless, glad to get to 2 more books on my 2022 TBR, Daisy Darker and Fates and Furies. I rated all four books 4 stars!

OCTOBER TBR
In October, my ultimate goal is to read some creepy and spooky books, hoping that includes The Hacienda, The Broken Girls, The Family Upstairs, and The Haunting of Maddy Clare. For the #buzzwordreadthon prompt of animal/creature, I hope to read Animal Farm, Frankenstein, Once There Were Wolves, and The Secret Life of Bees. I really need to start digging into The Secret History because it’s a chunker and I want to finish it this year!
